If part is defective or we made a mistake in the order, we pay the shipping both ways. If it is your mistake you pay the shipping.. Return items may be subject to15% restocking fee. Must have original receipt. Special orders are non-refundable. No returns on books, videos and electrical parts that have been installed. All returns must be authorized in advance.
